FEVO Enterprise

  1. Inventory-Specific Promotion Codes

    The ability to specify what inventory can be displayed to users with a valid promotion code is now available. Promotion codes can validate multiple levels of inventory including price codes, specific buyer / ticket types, areas, and sections.

  2. Offer Restriction Updates: Restrict by Domain

    Under Offer Restrictions in the Details tab, the ability to Restrict by Domain has been added back. Users have option to gate by domain promotion or just domain

  3. Offer Questions - Custom Dynamic Fields

    Now, the ability for users to create offer questions on both the ticket and order level is available. Please note: an Offer can have both order and ticket-level Offer questions.

  4. Dynamic Custom Fields Checkout Update

    An “i” (information) icon has been added next to Inventory Association section to guide users on setting up Inventory-Specific Offer Questions.

  5. AXS: Multiple Ticket Types - Add Secondary Price Codes
    For Open Inventory offers, now you can select (multiple) secondary price codes when selecting available inventory for Best Available and Seat Picker.

  6. AXS: Display Names & Ticket Descriptions
    The ability to update the Display Names & Ticket Descriptions for Open Inventory offers is now available for AXS clients.

  7. AXS: Multiple Offers - Upload Events
    The ability to upload one Event and if 1 Event has multiple Offers, the Events will be added to the AXS Offers in numerical order.

  8. PAC: Multiple Ticket Types - Set Min/Max by Price Type
    Now, the ability for users to set specific minimums and maximums for each of the Price Types are available when building an Offer.

  9. PAC Multiple Ticket Types: Ticket Ratios

    The ability to set ratios for Price Types is available by going to the Tickets tab, and “Set Ratio.” Ex: parent, child, dog

Social CheckoutTM

  1. Landing Page Enhancement: “Sold Out”

    Now, when an offer is sold out, the landing page will show messaging stating Sold Out. This is for imported and manual offers only.

  2. Design Change: Promotion Codes

    UX / UI changes have been made in the Consumer flow replacing the “Confirm Your Access” button with a new modal asking users to “Please enter a valid code to access this offer.” Please note: if inventory is restricted by a code, the inventory tied to the Promotion Code will only be shown.

  3. All-In Pricing Text Moved to Info Icon

    With an enhancement to the user experience, All-In Pricing has been moved into an information icon.

  4. Move Secondary Buyer Type Options

    UX / UI has enhanced in the backend when selecting Primary and Secondary Buyer Types. They now showcase close to the Primary Buyer Types.
