Tech Update

FEVO has released a tech update on the backend of FEVO Enterprise, enhancing performance and unlocking new features! If you have not already, please perform a hard refresh on your desktop or on your mobile device prior to logging in with FEVO Enterprise.

Added Payment Method Available in FEVO's Social Checkout™

Increase order value, improve conversion, and rest assured transactions stay secure with available new payment method:

  • Zip (Buy Now, Pay Later): For transactions more than $35 and less than $1,500, consumers now have the option to checkout with Zip.

Default Off-Sale Time
For every new Offer, the Off-Sale time will automatically default to your event's start time. This update aims to synchronize ticket availability with the event schedule, thus maximizing your sales window.

Offer Questions Design Updates

To ensure consistency and enhance the user experience, a few updates have been made when creating offer questions.

  • Accordion arrow: the arrow has been updated to point down when closed and up when open.

  • “+ Add Choice” CTA has been moved to under the choice input field

  • Alignment and color updates

'Seasons' Are No Longer Tied to Discounts

Seasonality has been removed from Discounts, allowing them to be used with any offers, regardless of season. On the Discounts tab in the Codes Hub, the Current Season dropdown (Current Season, Past Seasons, and All Seasons) is now replaced with Active Discounts, Inactive Discounts, and All Discounts.

Order Reports API Enhancements
An adjustment has been made to ensure the end date is recognized correctly instead of setting it to 3 months after the start date by default. In addition, all timezones will be returned to UTC.

Custom Sort Buyer / Ticket Types

Customize the view for shoppers with more sorting! Now, users can sort by Buyer / Ticket types in addition to by Price Code / Area.

Price Range Filter Added to Inventory Selection
When selecting available inventory for an Offer, you can now enter a price range to filter down to specific inventory creating an easier way to filter inventory.

Ability to Apply Promotions/Restrictions in Bulk

Save time by applying discounts, promotions, and/or restrictions in the bulk editing tool. For bulk creation under the Buyer Options tab, you may apply already existing promotions, discounts, or campaigns. In addition, under the Details tab, “Restrict by Promotion Code” and “Restrict by Promotion Code Domain” have been added. Note: inventory-specific promotions must be created on an offer-by-offer basis, not in bulk.

Confirmation Email Updates
To help promote Social Sharing, Leaderboard, and the Social Tree with FEVO offers, the confirmation email has been updated.
