Credit Card Restriction Updates

We are pleased to introduce a new update to our payment system that ensures fans adhere to specified payment restrictions. When a Credit Card Restriction is selected, all other payment options will be removed from the checkout process, guaranteeing compliance with the designated payment method.

Offer Level Event Editing: TBA / Reset

Now, users can set the date and/or time of an offer to "TBA" (To Be Announced) instead of needing to specify. Additionally, users have the option to reset the Event details back to the original setting, providing greater control over event scheduling.

Leaderboard Group Display

We’ve updated the Leaderboard design to enhance event participation by showcasing the top performing groups. By default, the leaderboard displays a set number of top groups (e.g., top 10 or 20), creating a more engaging and lively impression of the event. Be sure your Social & Leaderboard functionality is on at the Organization and Offer Level to unlock this fantastic feature!


Ticketmaster Archtics

New Ticket Delivery - Delayed Delivery by Account

Introducing a new ticket delivery method for TM Archtics organizations called "Digital - Delay Delivery by Account" that will allow tickets to be Delayed and delivered at a later time. If tickets are sold through a specific Delivery Account ID, the tickets will be delivered to this account and the purchaser will receive a purchase confirmation without their tickets.

When using this new delivery method "Digital - Delay Delivery by Account," the Offer will be set to Best Available and seat locations will not be shown to the purchaser or within their confirmation email.


Tickets.com (TDC)

New Ticket Delivery - Delayed Delivery by Account

Introducing a new ticket delivery method for TDC organizations called "Digital - Delay Delivery by Account" that will allow tickets to be Delayed and delivered at a later time. When adding a new delivery, there is a field to set a PV Delivery Account ID. If tickets are sold through this delivery on an Offer, the tickets will be delivered to this account.

The purchaser will still receive confirmation that the order was successfully placed, but they will not receive tickets in their PV account.

When using this new delivery method "Digital - Delay Delivery by Account," the Offer will be set to Best Available and seat locations will not be shown to the purchaser or within their confirmation email.

Bundle with Open Inventory

We are thrilled to announce an enhancement that allows users to create bundles from Open Inventory offers for TDC. Previously, bundling was only possible with offers using imported inventory. With this update, users can now:

  • Bundle from Open Inventory: Flexibly create bundles directly from Open Inventory offers, expanding your bundling options and improving inventory management.

  • Multi-Event Bundling: Include more than one event in a bundle with primary inventory, providing greater versatility and value in your bundled offerings.


Beta Testing

Inventory Selection Updates

We are making great progress on an improved Open Inventory selection experience in FEVO Enterprise. This is currently in beta testing and reshapes the way you select and package inventory for your Offer building in FEVO Enterprise! This functionality and user experience allows us to introduce more comprehensive features in the future.
