All Integrations

  1. Leaderboard Sorting - Tickets Purchased
We have addressed an issue where buyers with a higher number of sales were incorrectly displayed above those with fewer sales, despite the "Tickets Influenced" option being selected. This update ensures that the leaderboard accurately reflects the influence of tickets as intended.

  2. Add Billing Address Countries in Checkout
We have added South Korea and Guatemala to the billing address country dropdown list, to enhance address selection options when shoppers checkout.

  3. Ref Codes Reporting Updates

We have made updates to ensure Ref Codes are included in the exported buyer report, supporting advanced attribution by capturing any value placed after `?ref=` in an offer URL.

  4. Post-Transaction Codes are now LIVE!
We have added functionality and enhancements to Post-Transaction Codes. Learn more on the functionality, how it works, and get access to the training here.

Archtics

  1. Open Inventory Bundles: Allow Bundles by Section
Users can now set up bundles for specific sections rather than entire areas, improving the sale of suites through Open Inventory Bundles in EP.

    • When creating an OI Bundle, users can view and select specific sections within an Area.

    • Users can choose one, many, or all sections within an Area.

  2. Archtics: Order Confirmation - Use Display Name as Buyer Type when set
We've updated the email order confirmation to display the offer's Display Name field, ensuring a consistent experience between the Cart and the confirmation email. If the Display Name is not set, the current Buyer Type name will be shown; if set, the Display Name will appear in the Type column.

Front Gate Tickets

  1. “Sold Out” Display
We are excited to introduce a new feature that allows you to mark a ticket type as "Sold Out" automatically when it reaches 0 available tickets. You can activate this option under the Deadline/Sold Out tab in an offer. Once enabled, ticket types that run out will be displayed as "Sold Out" in the cart. While buyers won’t be able to purchase these tickets, they will be notified that early (and usually cheaper) tickets have already been sold, creating a sense of urgency and potentially driving additional sales.

  2. Remove "Quantity Sold" from Tickets Tab Table

The "Sold Tickets" column is being removed from the Event Inventory tab and will continue to be within the Reports tab.

Non-Integrated Inventory

  2. QR Link - Show Ticket Type Name and Inventory Name
We’ve enhanced our Digital QR tickets for Event General Admission Inventory to display the Ticket Type as a single value, combining the Inventory name and Ticket Type name. For example, if the Inventory is "General Admission" and the Ticket Type is "Senior," it will now appear on the QR ticket as "General Admission / Senior."

  3. QR Apple Wallet - Add Org Logo
Now, when QR tickets are accessed on an iOS device, users will now have the option to add either a single ticket or all tickets to their Apple Wallet. This enhancement offers a quicker and more convenient way for purchasers to access their FEVO Inventory tickets using Apple Wallet features.

Additionally, this update will display the organization's logo on the pass within Apple Wallet, making it easy for users to identify their event tickets among other passes. Please connect with your FEVO Success Rep to activate this feature.
