Learn how to bring fans back with this automated functionality!

Imagine the excitement your fans will feel when they automatically receive a special offer directly in their inbox after making a purchase. It’s the perfect way to keep the momentum going and encourage even more engagement and sales.

Here’s how it works:

Building your Offers

  1. Build your primary (Initial) Offer

Note: If you're building a "Flex" plan or an offer outside of an existing event, it must live as its own event.

  2. Build your secondary (Redemption) Offer

    1. This would include any and all games/offers so we recommend bulk-building the redemption if buyers have the option of what offer they can redeem for.

Setting up your Post-Transaction Code

  1. Select the Codes hub from your Navigation and click Discounts

  2. Select Create New Discount

  3. Select the Discount Type Post-Transaction

  4. Enter the Discount Name, Description, and choose the Account Owner

  5. With this initial release, FEVO will create unique codese or generic codes

  6. Enter your Code Generation Limit and setup your Code Redemption Rule. This means you are setting the rule for what the discount is going to do.

Coming soon: Leave "Blank for unlimited" message and logic. Right now if a user wants unlimited, they will need to add "100,000"

  7. Add your Code Delivery Rule. This is where you set up what the buyer will receive.

  8. Select the Initial (primary) Offer where fans will purchase their inventory

  9. Then, select the Redemption (secondary) Offer where fans will redeem or purchase with their generated Post-Transaction Codes

Note: On the Offer(s) under the Buyer Options Tab (below Discounts when you see the existing Discounts) you can set what inventory this Post Transaction Code is valid for, for example, below ONLY the checked Molly Flex Ticket buyer will receive the code, while the other 3 unchecked WILL NOT receive a code.

Fan Experience

  1. Items will be purchased through the primary (Initial) Offer

  2. A confirmation email is automatically delivered with their Post-Transaction Code and link to secondary (Redemption) Offer

  3. Once the link is clicked, Post-Transaction Codes are used to redeem or purchase more inventory

  4. Confirmation email for secondary Offer will be delivered after redemption or purchase

Important Notes:

  1. Post-Transaction Codes can be built through the Codes Hub, the Initial Offer or the Redemption Offer

  2. Must build 2 Offers

    1. Primary (Initial) Offer

    2. Secondary (Redemption) Offer

  3. You can only send one Redemption Offer post-transaction

  4. Emails with the Post-Transaction Codes will be sent in the confirmation email of the Primary (Initial) Offer immediately after

  5. You cannot delay Post-Transaction Code emails
