Include line item descriptions for your services in your Work Orders. For example, you might want to include warranty information and a description of what it covers.
Key Points
Edit the service and add details
In Settings/Document Templates, click [x] Display Details for Line Items
Go to Settings > Services
Edit the service
Add the text in the Details box, click Update Service
Click the Service Report tab
Click [x] Display Details for Line Items, click Save Templates
Add the service to a Work Order, the details will show in the printed Work Order.
