Summary
Automate credit card processing fees and late payment fees using Fieldwork's Payment Fees feature.
The credit card process fees are automatically added to invoices paid with Fieldwork's integrated credit card processing via Customer Portal, Online System and Credit Card Auto-Payment features.
Late payments fees are added to all invoices that fit the parameter set-up in your Settings > Payment Fees page, beginning the day you activate it. You can apply a late fee either as a flat rate fee or as a percentage fee.

To activate Payment Fees:
Click the Settings gear icon in the upper-right corner
Under Company Setup, click Payment Fees
Click the check box to turn on each payment fee option
Input the fee name
Input the fee percentage (or flat rate for late payment fee)
Save to activate
