Sometimes it helps us to see what you're experiencing on your mobile device for us to assist you. 

Key Point

  • To take a snap shot of your screen and send it to us do the following:

iOS

  1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on the top or side of your device and press and release the Home button at the same time

  2. To find your screenshot, go to the Photos app > Albums and tap Camera Roll

Android Galaxy S5 or S6 or 7 

  1. Press and hold the Home button and the Power button at the same time

  2. You can find the screenshot in the Gallery app, or in Samsung's built-in "My Files" file browser.

Android Galaxy S8

  1. Press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button at the same time

  2. You can find the screenshot in the Gallery app, or in Samsung's built-in My Files file browser, or in Google Photos, if you use that instead.

Android LG G5

  1. Press and hold the Volume down and Power buttons at the same time

  2. You'll can find the screenshot in the "Screenshots" folder in your gallery

  3. To share it, find the screenshot notification in your notification tray, then tap the "Share" button

Android Google Pixel

  1. Press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button at the same time

  2. To share it, swipe down on the notification shade

  3. Tap on the screenshot to open it

  4. Tap on Share on the screenshot
