The K690 changes the volume automatically on Discord/Skype.

Two solutions are used more. Want more details? Go browse our blog:

Solution One:

Right click “This PC”-choose “Properties”-click “Control Panel”-search for “Sound” and click it-click “Recording Devices” tab-right click the microphone being used-choose “Properties”- click “Advanced” tab-make sure you unclick the box “Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device”.

Solution Two (For those who use Skype):

Open the software and click “Tools” at the top. Click “Options”, go to “Audio settings”, and don’t choose the “Automatically adjust microphone settings” option.
