How to fix if the FIFINE V3 is not capturing audio?
After the connection, follow these steps to see if the issues appear:
PC settings:
Open the audio settings, then click the "Recording" Tab.
Set the "Digital Audio Interface(FIFINE Audio Capture)" as the default input device in your PC.
Click “Properties” and “Listen”. Turn on the "Listen to the device" option.
Set the "Playback through this device" as the output device you need to use.
OBS settings:
Set the input device of the OBS Source as "Digital Audio Interface(FIFINE Audio Capture)".
Ensure that the audio source volume on the "Audio Mixer" is not muted or set too low.
Click the gear icon. Then switch the "Audio Monitoring" option to "Monitor and Output" on both "Video Capture Device" and "Audio Input Device”.
