Before resetting, you should check:

  • You have changed fresh batteries for the mic, but there is still interference or disconnection.

  • You have changed the frequency of the mic, but it still cannot pair with the receiver.

  • If you have multiple K040 mic sets, and some don't work.

Reset the bodypack transmitter:

  1. Turn OFF the transmitter, keep the receiver on. Keep the transmitter and the receiver in the range of 10 feet.

  2. Open the battery cover of the bodypack transmitter. Press and hold the Set and Power buttons down simultaneously (don't release even if you turn it on during this process) until the " ---- " appears on the screen of the transmitter. Release both buttons.

  3. After the bodypack transmitter pairs with the receiver, the RF A light will turn green. The screen of the bodypack will display the current channel.

Reset the handheld mic:

  1. Turn OFF the mic, keep the receiver on. Keep the transmitter and the receiver in the range of 10 feet.

  2. Open the battery cover of the mic. Press and hold the Set and Power buttons simultaneously (don't release them even if the device turns on during this process) until the " ---- " appears on the mic's screen. Release both buttons.

  3. After the mic pairs with the receiver, the RF A light will turn green. The screen of the mic will display the current channel.

If you have more than two wireless mic kits, reset one K036A mic kit alone and keep all the other wireless mic kits off. Otherwise, the specific transmitter will pair with all the available receivers that are powered on.
