FIFINE AmpliGame D6 stream controller delivers stable hardware control for dynamic Twitch/YouTube scene transitions, directly eliminating disruptive software navigation. This empowers streamers to maintain audience engagement and focus entirely on content delivery. Let's follow @TerryDoesTech's setup guide to implement it.
Enable OBS Studio's WebSocket Server
Navigate to Tools > WebSocket Server Settings within OBS.
For streamlined initial setup, ensure Enable Authentication is unchecked (note: consider enabling this later for security).
Click Show Connect Info and copy the displayed Server IP address.
FIFINE D6 Stream Controller Configuration
Open the FIFINE AmpliGame D6 Stream Controller software.
Locate the connection settings (often an icon or server section).
Paste the copied OBS Server IP into the designated field.
Enter the standard Server Port (default: 4444).
Click Connect.
Upon successful connection, the D6 interfaces directly with OBS via WebSocket.
Programming Scene Buttons
Within the D6 software interface, assign a physical controller button.
Label it descriptively (e.g., "Starting Soon", "BRB", "Live").
Select the corresponding OBS scene you wish this button to activate.
Repeat for all desired scene transitions.
Result: Instantly switch between your meticulously prepared OBS scenes (starting soon screens, intermission graphics, main live content) during your broadcast with a single press on the FIFINE D6 controller. This hardware solution eliminates disruptive manual switching in software, enhancing production value and broadcaster focus.
