Organisation Settings

Learn how to manage your subscription, billing, and credit usage across your workspace.

To access your organisation settings, click on the log icon in the top-right corner of the screen. A drop-down menu will appear, select "Organisation Settings" to be redirected to the settings dashboard.

Here, you'll find two key sections:

Billing

In this section, you can manage your subscriptions and payments.

  • Click "Change Plan" to view available subscription options and select the one that suits you best.

  • You’ll see your current plan, along with a breakdown of credit usage and limits.

To complete or update a payment, fill out a short form with your name, email, and address. Once submitted, you’ll be redirected to our payment provider for confirmation. Please allow a few moments for the system to process your transaction, avoid closing the window until it's complete.

Usage

This section provides a clear overview of how credits are being used within your workspace.

  • Purchase additional credits to generate more moodboards or costumes.

  • View your credit activity tracker, which displays:

    • Credits used

    • Who used them

    • For which project

Returning to Your Project

To go back to your project workspace, click the "Projects" button with the left-facing arrow in the top-left corner of the screen.


N.B.: remember that organisation settings are about your whole account, not only for one project. Organisation settings are used when you want to make changes/check the status of the payment, subscription, credits and manage your workspace.
