How to Cancel
You may cancel at any time through your Filmtailor.ai account under Billing Settings or by contacting Support available via filmtailor.ai
Refund Eligibility
Monthly Plans: Refunds are not available after payment is processed. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Annual Plans (Monthly Billing): Cancel within 14 days for a full refund. After that, a 50% early termination fee applies to the remaining contract value.
Annual Plans (Prepaid): Cancel within 14 days for a full refund. No refunds after that period.
N.B.: The free trial can be cancelled at any time 24 hours prior to the charge date (to the subscription renewal). Please make sure to cancel the free trial on time, as late cancellations will not be processed.
