While we don’t offer a way to temporarily pause your membership, we understand that life happen, whether you're feeling unwell or heading on holiday. You can pause your plan within the app, which stops your progress until you're ready to resume. When you return, ease back into your training gradually to avoid injury. Start with easier runs and prioritize stretching before and after workouts to help you get back on track smoothly.
