Starting your subscription

New to Finimize: 🍏 Download Finimize on iOS or πŸ€– Download Finimize on Android You should get the option to start a trial shortly after completing sign-up.

Cancelling your subscription, or trial


πŸ’» If you started your Finimize subscription on web

  1. Go to your Profile page while logged in

  2. Click Manage subscription

  3. From there, you’ll see an option to Cancel subscription / trial

πŸ“± If you started it through the app, on iPhone:

  1. Open the Settings app

  2. Tap your Apple ID / name at the top

  3. Go to Subscriptions

  4. Find and tap Finimize

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial, if it's still within the trial window)

πŸ“± If you started it through the app, on Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app

  2. Tap your profile icon (top right)

  3. Select Payments & subscriptions

  4. Tap Subscriptions

  5. Find Finimize in the list

  6. Tap Cancel subscription

πŸ” What happens after you cancel?

  • Your Pro access will continue until the end of the billing period / trial period – so make the most of it

  • You won’t be charged if you cancel within the first 6 days of your trial

  • You won't be charged again if you've cancelled during an annual / monthly subscription

  • You can always re-subscribe later if you change your mind

Renewing your subscription

πŸ’» If you're on web

  1. Log in with the same email you used before (important to keep your history/bookmarks)

  2. Head straight to the πŸ”— Pro Subscription page here

  3. Choose your monthly or annual plan, and confirm payment


πŸ“± If you're in the app

  1. Open the Finimize app and log in

  2. Tap on any locked Pro content, or πŸ”— use this link

  3. Pick your plan and confirm via the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android)


πŸ” What happens after you renew:

  • You’ll regain access to all Pro content: Research, Insights, Quick Takes, members-only events, market data and educational content

  • Your account, preferences, and bookmarks will still be there

  • You can manage or cancel anytime through the platform you subscribed on

I can't access my Pro content


Not signed in with the right email

You might have accidentally signed out of your Pro account, and into a free account. Check the email on your profile page (on app here, or on web here). Not the right email, or not sure? We have a whole section on that right here.

Not signed in at all

We sign users out regularly from time to time when they haven't been active for a while to help them stay secure. So if you use Finimize on web, check that you're signed in by heading to the login page here.


Payment has failed / been cancelled

If your card details have expired, you've turned off auto-renewal, or don't have available balance on your bank account right now, your payments might have failed. Head to your profile page (on app here, or on web here) to manage your subscription, and renew it if payments have failed.

Requesting a refund

You can request a refund if you're within 2 weeks of your subscription charge going through, and have not accessed any Pro content or resources since you renewed.



πŸ’» If you have a web subscription

  1. Email help@finimize.com and let them know your subscription email, first and last name, the date of the last charge, and any recent receipts or invoices you've been sent by Stripe

  2. Our customer support team will get in touch, and sort out your refund for you

Really stuck?

Email help@finimize.com and give them as much detail as possible about your problem, including your account email / emails, first and last name, and if you have a paid subscription, the most recent date you were charged, and any recent receipts or invoices you might have.
