Finimize 10th Anniversary Newsletter Referral Reward – Terms & Conditions

Promoter: Finimize Ltd ("Finimize", "we", "us", "our")

Promotion period: These terms apply from the date of publication until Wednesday 2 September 2026, 23:59 (GMT).
​Referrals confirmed after the Closing Date will not be eligible, regardless of when the referred sign-up occurred.

The Finimize Daily Newsletter is completely free to subscribe to, and is an electronic newsletter sent via email to subscribers. The newsletter covers the biggest market stories of the day, with real analyst insights to help you act on them. It is not necessary to pay, hold a Finimize Pro subscription, or provide payment details to sign up. This promotion is a reward for referring new subscribers to the free newsletter.

2.1 To take part, you must refer friends or colleagues ("Referral / Referred user") to sign up for the free Finimize Daily Newsletter.

2.2 To count as a successful referral, a Referred user must:

(a) sign up to the Finimize Daily Newsletter via the https://finimize.com/newsletter page

(b) create a Finimize account; and

(c) remain subscribed to the Finimize Daily Newsletter for a minimum of 7 consecutive days from the date of sign-up.

2.3 Once you have 3 successful Referrals, email us at help@finimize.com with the 3 referred email addresses to claim your reward. Rewards are not issued automatically and must be claimed by this method.

2.4 We will verify each Referral against the criteria in clause 2.2 before issuing any reward. We reserve the right to reasonable time to carry out this verification.

3.1 Participants outside the UK: 3 successful Referrals entitles you to 3 weeks' complimentary access to Finimize Pro, applied to your account at our discretion following verification.

3.2 Participants resident in the UK: 3 successful Referrals entitles you to one complimentary General Admission ticket to the London Modern Investor Summit or 3 weeks of Finimize Pro, subject to ticket availability and the separate terms and conditions of that event.

3.3 Rewards are limited to one per qualifying set of 3 successful Referrals, are non-transferable, have no cash alternative, and cannot be exchanged, resold, or redeemed for any other product or service.

3.4 We reserve the right to substitute a reward of equivalent value if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it necessary.

4.1 You may not refer yourself, including via alternative email addresses, aliases, or accounts under your control.

4.2 Where we reasonably believe a referral has been made in breach of clause 4.1, or that entries have otherwise been manipulated (including but not limited to fake sign-ups, bulk-created accounts, or use of the promotion for any purpose other than genuine referrals), we reserve the right to:

(a) refuse or withhold the reward;

(b) revoke any reward already granted, including immediate removal of Finimize Pro access; and

(c) disqualify you from this and future promotions.

4.3 This promotion is void where prohibited by law.

By taking part, you confirm that you have the referred individual's permission to share their email address with us for the purposes of this promotion. We will handle personal data provided in connection with this promotion in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Referred individuals will only be contacted in connection with their newsletter sign-up and in line with that policy.

6.1 Finimize Ltd reserves the right to change, amend, suspend, or withdraw these terms, or the promotion itself, at any time without prior notice, including where necessary for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons.

6.2 We will use reasonable care in administering this promotion, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in this promotion, except for liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud).

6.3 Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7.1 This promotion is operated by Finimize Ltd. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
