If a coach has used a method that sends an automated email to you, you'll be able to accept the invitation to join the program directly from the email itself. It will direct you to the program's sales page to download or subscribe to the program.
If the program isn't free, you'll be guided through the payment process too.
If you're struggling to see the email, you can also accept the invite by:
Logging into https://app.fitr.training/onboarding/sign_in
Head to the drop down menu in the top right and click 'Programs'
Navigate to the 'Invitations' tab on web or drop down menu on smaller devices
Click 'Get Program'.
You'll be guided through the sign up process after this.
If you don't see the invitation here, please check with your coach first if they've sent the program invitation.
