Each Zumba class follows an immersive choreography system, designed to keep you moving fluidly from one routine to the next.

Follow the trainer’s moves – The goal is to match the trainer’s movements as accurately as possible.
Use the Move Preview – This helps you anticipate upcoming moves and stay in sync.
Watch the rotating ring – The ring under the trainer changes color to indicate a new move and shows how long each move will last.

🎯 How Do I Score Move Points (MP) in Zumba?

In Zumba, you earn Move Points (MP) by accurately following your trainer's movements throughout each class.

Every move starts at 5 MP – the more accurately you match the trainer, the more MP you earn

Accuracy earns you stars – each move is rated 1 to 4 stars based on how precisely you follow the choreography, and your points are multiplied by that star rating

Keep your combos going – land 8 or more consecutive moves to earn a +4 MP bonus

💡 Pro Tip: Each move can earn you between 5 and 24 MP depending on your accuracy. Stay on beat, follow the Move Preview, and keep those combos alive to max out your score!
