πŸ₯Š Master the Box Movements In a Box class, you'll throw a variety of punches and defensive moves, each targeting different muscle groups and skills.

βœ” Jabs & Crosses – Fast, straight punches to build speed and accuracy

βœ” Hooks & Uppercuts – Powerful strikes to develop strength and technique

βœ” Slips – Reactive head movement to sharpen your reflexes

βœ” Blocks – Full-body engagement to strengthen your defensive game

βœ” Squats – Lower-body power and core engagement while avoiding strikes

πŸ’‘ Follow your trainer's cues and keep your hands up to get the most out of every class!

🎯 How Do I Score Move Points (MP)?

In Box, you earn Move Points (MP) by landing powerful, accurate strikes and nailing your defensive movements.

βœ” Every hit starts at 2 MP – land your punches clean and on target

βœ” Power matters – the harder you hit, the more MP you earn, up to a maximum of 12 MP per move

βœ” Keep your combos going – land 8 or more consecutive hits to earn a +2 MP bonus

βœ” Hit the Power Cues – those fiery targets are worth an extra +2 MP each
