Sculpt is a strength and toning-focused studio, designed to help you build muscle, improve endurance, and enhance overall body conditioning. Similar to our Dance studio, your instructor avatar will guide you through each session, demonstrating movements that you’ll follow in real-time.

Each track in a Sculpt class targets a specific muscle group, which your trainer will call out during the session. You’ll work through a combination of:

βœ” High-frequency repetitions – for endurance and muscle activation
βœ” Pulses – to maximize muscle engagement
βœ” Isometric holds – to build strength and stability
βœ” All synced to the beat – making your workout engaging and effective


🎯 How Do I Score Move Points (MP)?

In Sculpt, you earn Move Points (MP) by accurately mirroring your trainer's movements. Not every movement is scored β€” some holds and pulses are purely for enhancing the workout experience and improving your overall fitness.

βœ” Every scored move starts at 5 MP – the more accurately you mirror the trainer, the more MP you earn

βœ” Accuracy earns you stars – each move is rated 1 to 4 stars based on how precisely you match the movement, and your points are multiplied by that star rating

βœ” Keep your combos going – land 8 or more consecutive moves to earn a +4 MP bonus

πŸ’‘ Pro Tip: Each move can earn you between 5 and 24 MP depending on your accuracy. Focus on form and keep those combos alive to max out your score!
