Tone up and build strength in our Sculpt studio πŸ›

What're the basics of Sculpt?

Sculpt is one of our new studios for 2023, and each class is designed to help tone muscle and build strength. It follows a similar format to our Dance studio, where your instructor avatar will be present with you throughout the session - and you'll need to copy along the movements they make and call out as closely as you can.

If you'd rather watch a tutorial than read one, we've got you covered. The video below shows and talks through the fundamentals of what to expect in a FitXR Sculpt class.

Get those reps in

Each track featured in a Sculpt class will focus on working a specific part of the body, which will be called out by your trainer. You'll be working through high frequency repetitions, pulses, and isometric holds in sync with the beat of the song to build strength and get toned up.

How do I score points?

Only some movements in a Sculpt class will be scored. For some of the holds and pulses you do, they're only there to add to the overall fitness experience - and improve the quality of the workout you're getting.

For scored sections, you'll first get two free repetitions that aren't scored. This makes sure you can practice the move and get yourself synced up with the trainer before the scoring begins.

After that, it's all about consistently copying the trainer avatar to build your streak and rack up points.
