Sculpt is a strength and toning-focused studio, designed to help you build muscle, improve endurance, and enhance overall body conditioning. Similar to our Dance studio, your instructor avatar will guide you through each session, demonstrating movements that you’ll follow in real-time.

🏋️ Get Those Reps In
Each track in a Sculpt class targets a specific muscle group, which your trainer will call out during the session. You’ll work through a combination of:
✔ High-frequency repetitions – for endurance and muscle activation
✔ Pulses – to maximize muscle engagement
✔ Isometric holds – to build strength and stability
✔ All synced to the beat – making your workout engaging and effective
🎯 How Do I Score Move Points (MP)?
Not every movement in Sculpt is scored—some holds and pulses are purely for enhancing the workout experience and improving your overall fitness.
For scored sections, you’ll earn Move Points (MP) based on accuracy and consistency:
✔ You’ll start with two practice reps that aren’t scored, allowing you to sync with the trainer.
✔ After that, MP are earned by precisely mirroring the trainer avatar’s movements.
✔ Build streaks to maximize your MP and boost your score!
