A Warm-Up is designed to gradually increase your heart rate, loosen your muscles, and mentally prepare you for the workout ahead.

A Cool-Down helps bring your heart rate down and prevent stiffness by guiding you through gentle stretches and breathing exercises.

You can find Cool-Downs by tapping Search, then Filter at the top. Under Workouts, check the Cool-Down box and tap Apply to browse available sessions.
