🔹 What Are Warm-Ups and Cool-Downs?

Warm-Ups and Cool-Downs are optional, coach-led sessions that help prepare your body before a workout and aid in recovery afterward. These short 2-3 minute sessions can be toggled on or off from the workout selection screen.


🔥 How to Enable or Skip a Warm-Up

A Warm-Up is designed to gradually increase your heart rate, loosen your muscles, and mentally prepare you for the workout ahead.

To Enable: Toggle Warm-Up ON from the workout selection screen before starting your class.
To Skip Mid-Session: Pause the Warm-Up and select "Skip" to jump straight into your workout.

💡 Pro Tip: Warming up can improve performance and reduce the risk of injury—give it a try!


❄️ How to Enable or Skip a Cool-Down

A Cool-Down helps bring your heart rate down and prevent stiffness by guiding you through gentle stretches and breathing exercises.

To Enable: Toggle Cool-Down ON from the workout selection screen before starting your class.
To Skip Mid-Session: Pause the Cool-Down and select "Skip" to exit directly after your workout ends.

💡 Pro Tip: Cooling down helps speed up recovery—taking just a couple of minutes can make a big difference!
