Meta Multiplayer lets you invite your Meta friends to work out without ever needing to leave the FitXR app.
Quick note here:
Meta Multiplayer is a Meta exclusive feature at the moment. That means it won't be shown when using FitXR on Pico headsets.
Now, when you start a multiplayer lobby, you'll still be given a room code that you can share with anyone you'd like to work out with. But in addition to that, you'll see a new Invite Friends button that lets you invite people from your Meta friends list.
They'll then receive a notification asking if they'd like to join your session, and once accepted they'll be pulled into your lobby - like in the photo above π
If you need help adding your friends to your Meta Friends list
There's an article here that explains how to do it: https://store.facebook.com/en-gb/help/quest/articles/in-vr-experiences/social-features-and-sharing/adding-meta-horizon-followers/
The same rules apply here as they do to traditional multiplayer
In order to join a class with you, the person you're inviting will also need to have access to that content. So if you're a Legacy user looking to join a friend who has a Membership, you'll need to check you have access to the workout they're looking to take.
