If you've not logged in to FitXR for some time, this might be the reason.
If you've been away from FitXR for a considerable amount of time (we'd say 4 weeks or more), then a longer loading period for your first time back is expected. This is because the Loading screen you see initially will be fetching menu data for every class we've added since your last load.
The more regularly the play, the less of an issue will be - as your device will create a "cached" copy of this menu data for each class, so you won't need to download it every time.
I use the app regularly, what else might it be?
FitXR is hosted using 3rd party servers provided by AWS. From time to time, those servers will encounter issues that will impact how effectively we can deliver our app. These types of issues are generally short lived, and if you get in touch with our support team then we'll be able to confirm if that's the case.
