Box is one of our six workout studios, along with the likes of Dance and HIIT.

Created by our fitness professionals, and inspired by classic shadow-boxing techniques, the Box studio is full of fast-paced cardio workouts designed to get your blood pumping, improve strength and increase your energy levels.
