When your project is on the free Flame plan, you can now transfer ownership once every 14 days. If your project is on any of our other plans, including Flame + additional users, please click here.
Follow these easy steps:
Log into Flamelink.
On your project card, select "CMS Users" from the context menu (3 vertical dots in the screenshot below). If you are already logged into your project, you can select "CMS Users" in the navigation sidebar.
Click the "TRANSFER OWNERSHIP" button in the top right corner of the screen.
Enter the details for the new owner and click "Submit"
The new owner will receive an email, and once they accept the ownership transfer, you will receive a notification via email. The process will be complete and you will no longer have access to the project.
