Available on all Flamelink plans

Connect with the Flamelink community all around the world who are fantastic at answering questions, sharing advice, and helping one another get started with Flamelink.

Support level 2

Available to Firestarter, Bonfire, and Inferno plan users

Chat to us within the Flamelink CMS.

Once you are logged into Flamelink you can click on the "Chat to Us" icon. Typically these questions are answered within 48 hours.

Support level 3

Available to Inferno, Wildfire, and Solar Flare (custom) plan users.

Our priority support engineers are standing by to assist with any issues you run into. We endeavour to respond to these queries in 24 hours or less via our in-app support desk.
