Fleetpin's activity report enables you to run reporting for your assets distance, engine time, tow time stop time and duty time across a given time period. The activity report can be run across one, multiple, or all of your assets depending on your needs.
Definitions:
Distance - The total distance travelled by your vehicle
Engine time - The total time the vehicle spent with the key on
Tow time - Time travelled while the key is not on
Stop Time - The total time spent stopped (only across days that included vehicle activity)
Duty Time - The time between the first key on and last key off for the day
How To Run The Activity Report:
Click reports, then Activity
Select the date range:
To choose the date range you wish to report on click on the date box and then either choose one of the preset date ranges on the left or click once on the start of the date range and then click once on the end of the date range (you can use the arrows next to the month to switch between months)
Select your assets:
Click the blue select all assets button if you wish to run the report across your whole fleet, or, click the select assets dropdown and then tick one, multiple or all of your assets depending on your requirements and click done
Activity Summary Report:
The activity summary report displays a summary of all of the activity of your selected vehicles across the selected date range, and is an easy way to quickly see the total activity of your fleet over a given time period. You can also view the change in meter readings over this time period whether it be the Odometer, the Hubometer, or the Hourmeter, by using the show meter drop down pictured below.
Activity Details Report:
To view more detailed reporting on a specific asset over time, simply click on the asset in the table pictured above to access the activity details report.
In the activity details report you can see a daily breakdown of the previous summary information for each day in the selected date range, along with a map view displaying the vehicles activity over the selected time period
You can then view a breakdown of each trip on a given day by clicking on that day in the list, this will provide you with the start and finish time and address of each trip and how long the vehicle stopped for in each instance with colour coded trip lines displayed on the map
You can also use the total button pictured below to be able to easily scroll through the trips across each of the selected days
Using Locations:
You can use the select locations button to run the Activity report for your assets only in specified locations you have created in Fleetpin, this can be helpful for reporting on engine time, distance travelled, and duty time for vehicles at specific sites/jobs. Exporting and Printing:
Each layer of the report can also be exported to a CSV or Printed
