Fleetpin's utilisation report enables you to run reporting for your assets Engine time, Productivity Hours, Idiling Hours, Duty Hours, and Distance in order to monitor the efficiency of your assets. The utilisation report can be run across one, multiple, or all of your assets depending on your needs.
Definitions:
Engine Productivity - The Productive hours as a percentage of the total engine hours
Distance - The total distance travelled by your vehicle
Engine time - The total time the vehicle spent with the key on
Productivity Hours - Time spent with the key on and the vehicle moving, or time spent with the key on and an assigned productivity sensor active
Idiling Hours - Time spent with the key on and the vehicle stationary, or time spent with the key on and an assigned productivity sensor off
Duty Hours - The time between the first key on and last key off for the day
How To Run The Utilisation Report:
Click reports, then Utilisation
Select the date range:
To choose the date range you wish to report on click on the date box and then either choose one of the preset date ranges on the left or click once on the start of the date range and then click once on the end of the date range (you can use the arrows next to the month to switch between months)
Select your assets:
Click the blue select all assets button if you wish to run the report across your whole fleet, or, click the select assets dropdown and then tick one, multiple or all of your assets depending on your requirements and click done
Utilisation Summary Report:
The utilisation summary report displays a summary of all of the activity of your selected vehicles across the selected date range, and is an easy way to quickly monitor easily monitor the productivity of your assets over time. You can also view the change in meter readings over this time period whether it be the Odometer, the Hubometer, or the Hourmeter, by using the show meter drop down pictured below.
Utilisation Details Report:
To view more detailed reporting on a specific asset over time, simply click on the asset in the table pictured above to access the utilisation details report.
In the utilisation details report you can see a daily breakdown of the previous summary information for each day in the selected date range.
You can then view a breakdown of each instance in which an asset was either idling or productive on a given day by clicking on that day in the list, this will provide you with the start and finish time and address of each instance and how long each instance of productivity or idling occurred for
Using Locations:
You can use the select locations button to run the utilisation report for your assets only in specified locations you have created in Fleetpin, this can be helpful for reporting on engine hours at a specific site or measuring efficiency of your assets at a specific site. Exporting and Printing:
Each layer of the report can also be exported to a CSV or Printed
