The Flo by Moen device is certified to be within 3psi (plus or minus) of the supplied water pressure to the plumbing system. Analog gauges are often held to a far lesser standard than the Flo by Moen device when certified from the factory.

Usually an analog pressure gauge is good to within 5 percent.
