Verify your faucet by identifying the control box under your sink

Only hoses numbered 1 through 4 can be removed from the control box. The two hoses coming from the base of the control box are permanently attached.

With the water supplies turned off, verify that the water is off by operating the faucet. The hose can then be removed from the control box by pushing up on retaining ring and pulling down on the supply hose. This can also be seen in the installation guide
