To get started, click on the scenario dropdown, which is above the main cash flow graph

followed by 'Add scenario layer', which will generate the following popover,

From here, enter your scenario name and choose a colour ( to differentiate from other scenario layers) and hit 'Create scenario layer'. Now that you've set up the new scenario let's get to grips with scenario layer budgets.
