You can easily update an existing installation appointment directly from the Installation Schedule.

Step 1: Open the Installation Schedule

  • From the dashboard, select the Schedule tab in the left-hand menu

  • Click on Installation Schedule to open the calendar view

Step 2: Select the Appointment

  • Locate the installation appointment you want to update on the calendar

  • Click on the calendar block for that appointment

Step 3: Make Your Changes

  • In the panel on the left, update any relevant details such as:

    • Date and time

    • Assigned installer

    • Notes or other appointment information

Step 4: Save Your Changes

  • Click Save to apply your updates

Tip

  • Changes will take effect immediately after saving

  • Double-check the date and time before saving to avoid scheduling conflicts
