Step 1: Navigate to the line item in the work order.
Step 2: Toggle the switch that indicates the product is ready to order.
Alternatively, you can mark all non-inventory products on the order as ready to order in one go.
Step 3: Go to work order actions.
Step 4: Select the option to mark material ready for order.
If you need to reverse this action, there are two ways to do it.
Step 5: Go back to work order actions and select stop material order.
Or,
Step 6: Turn off the toggle for individual line items.
This will indicate to your ordering department whether or not you're ready for the product order to be placed.
