Step 1: Next, click on the task reminders option.
Step 2: A message will appear. Here, you'll find the task type.
Step 3: Click on the task type to view a dropdown of all the tasks you've completed.
Step 4: Choose your preferred reminder method - either emails or text messages.
Step 5: Toggle on or off the options as per your preference. Note that there are separate settings for customers and employees.
Step 6: Once you've made your choices, click on the save button to apply the changes.
That's it! You've successfully adjusted your task reminders.
