When a Customer Replies to an SMS
When a customer replies to a quote or invoice SMS, Floorzap notifies the salesperson and logs the conversation under the customer's profile.
When a customer replies to an SMS, the notification goes directly to the salesperson's personal phone as a text message — not a bell notification or email. The conversation can also be viewed at any time under the customer's profile → SMS tab.
Enable the two-way SMS feature. Once you've sent a quote or invoice via SMS to a customer, both you and the customer will have the ability to reply.
When a customer replies, the salesperson assigned to that customer will receive a text message on their personal phone.
To reply, navigate to the customer's profile.
Here, the salesperson will see the customer's message and can send an SMS reply. The customer will receive it as a text.
