Floorzap integrates with Measure Square, letting you pull completed room measurements directly into a customer's profile. Once imported, measurements are available to attach to any quote.
Note: You'll need a Measure Square account with a completed project before starting. The project must be available to import from within Floorzap.
Import a Measurement
Go to Customers and find the customer you want to import measurements for.
Double-click the customer to open their profile.
Switch to the Details tab.
Click Measurements within the Details tab.
Click Import from Measure Square.
Choose how to bring in the project. Click Preview to review rooms and areas before committing, or click Import Project to import directly.
Click Import Project to confirm the import.
When prompted about creating a new quote, select No. This saves the measurement to the customer's profile without auto-generating a quote — you can attach it to a quote manually at any time.
The imported measurement will appear in the Measurements section of the customer's profile, ready to use on a quote.
