Method 1: Using Filters
Use filters to refine and save specific views of your invoices.
Steps:
From the dashboard, click the Invoices tab.
Choose the section you want to view:
All Invoices
Pending Signature
In Progress
At the top of the page, locate the Filters option. It will be set to Hide by default.
Click Hide to switch it to Show.
A series of dropdown menus will appear. Select the criteria you want to filter by, such as:
Status
Location
Service Type
Click Save Filter to apply and reuse your selected filters.
Method 2: Grouping by Column
Use column grouping to quickly organize invoices directly within the grid.
Steps:
From the dashboard, click the Invoices tab.
Choose your desired section:
All Invoices
Pending Signature
In Progress
Above the invoice list, locate the area labeled:
“Drag a column header and drop it here to group by that column”Click and drag the column header you want to sort by (for example, Status) into this area.
The invoices will automatically group based on your selection.

You can use filters for more advanced sorting and saved views.
Use column grouping for quick, visual organization.
These same steps can be used to sort and group columns throughout the platform—not just in invoices.
