5.2.4 Release Notes

Zapier Integration: We've added a new integration page for Zapier, allowing customers to generate tokens and connect seamlessly to Zapier for enhanced automation capabilities.

Transaction Fees as an Expense: If you use Floorzap Payments, then Transaction Fees will be automatically added to Other Expenses on the Work Order as part of the job’s total cost.

In-app Enrollment for Payments: You can now enroll in Floorzap Payments from within the application. Administrators and Managers of your account can initiate and monitor payment onboarding process directly within Floorzap.

Merchant Portal Menu Option: If you use Floorzap Payments, you will now see a menu option under Payments that will link to your merchant portal. You also have the option to order a terminal from that page.

B2B Import Issue: Resolved an issue where B2B files were not being imported despite successful credential validation. Now, all files are imported as expected.

Vendor Payment Discrepancy: Fixed a bug where vendor payments did not reflect correctly on work orders, ensuring accurate financial records.

Refund Option for Debit Cards: Addressed a problem where the refund option for debit cards was not populating correctly, ensuring refunds are processed smoothly.

Credit Card/Bank Statement Display: Corrected an issue where Floorzap appeared on credit card or bank statements instead of the merchant's name, improving transparency for customers.

Inventory Product Addition: Fixed a bug where inventory products were not being saved to work orders, ensuring all items are recorded accurately.
