Global Setting for B2B Import Units: Added a new global setting to automate conversion from SqYd to SqFt during B2B product imports. This streamlines unit consistency for non-inventory products
Navigate to âSystem Settingsâ, select âCommon/Automationâ, scroll to âProduct Optionâ to enable
If enabled, any non-inventory product listed in square yards (SqYd) will be converted to square feet (SqFt) every time B2B import is ran.
When this setting is enabled the 'Convert To SqFt From SqYd' button on the B2B Product Import page will not be visible.
Notification Permissions for Leads: Added notification permissions for new leads, allowing users to receive alerts when a new lead is created

Work Order & Inventory
Fixed issue where importing changes from an invoice did not update line item costs in the work order
Resolved multiple issues with receiving carpet pad and rolled goods products using warehouse actions; items now move to inventory as expected
Fixed picklist printing so all product details remain visible across pages
Corrected totals in the Assets Report for picked-up amounts.
Payments & QuickBooks Integration
Fixed QuickBooks account names changing to lowercase, which caused syncing issues
Addressed QBO syncing errors where invoices and payments were not synchronizing correctly
Payments made via completion certificate now post correctly in FloorZap
Quotes, Invoices, and Communication
Fixed issue where quote links sent via SMS opened to a blank page
Resolved issue where invoice versions updated incorrectly when not signed
Fixed error when sending quotes to customers
Improved email formatting to remove unwanted characters
User Experience & Permissions
User permission fixes: settings and integration options now display correctly for sales reps, and permissions for Payments > Adjustments are handled properly
Fixed issue for removing a reminder notification

Fixed schedule list showing work orders with no labor and errors on completion certificate
Fixed job details showing labor/unit cost to contractors when it should be hidden
