Billing Contact
If Billing Contact is different than Customer, then Billing Contact will now receive quotes, invoices, and contract via email or SMS.
Surcharge Settings in Prohibited States
Businesses located in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, or Oklahoma are prohibited from charging credit card fees to its customers. If the global settings under Payment tab has āApply Credit Card Fees in Invoice and Completion Certificateā activated, then the location state on the invoice will determine if credit card fees will be applied. If a business has multiple locations in various states, then this restriction will only apply to locations in the prohibited states.
Debit Card Surcharges
Surcharges are prohibited for debit cards. Businesses and its customers now have the option to select āDebit Cardā when processing payments.
