Import work orders from a spreadsheet or CSV file. The assistant's importer agent maps your columns, flags issues, and produces an import-ready file.
Steps
Open the AI Assistant.
Upload your file (CSV, Excel, or similar).
Tell the assistant you want to import work orders.
The assistant displays a preview of the mapped data in the interactive table view. Review it — you can talk back and forth about what needs to change.
Once the mapping looks correct, confirm the import.
What you can say
"Import these work orders from the uploaded file."
"I'm uploading our old work orders from ServiceChannel — map them into FlowPath."
"The category column in my file is called 'Type' — map it to work order category."
Tips
The importer agent handles CSV, Excel, JSON, PDF, and Word files.
You can review and adjust the column mapping in the table view before committing.
The assistant flags rows with missing or mismatched data so you can fix them before import.
