The AI Assistant includes dedicated importer agents for bulk-loading data from spreadsheets and files. This is especially useful during onboarding or when migrating from another system.

How it works
Open the AI Assistant.
Upload your file β the importer handles CSV, Excel, JSON, PDF, and Word formats.
Tell the assistant what you want to import.
The assistant displays a preview of the mapped data in the interactive table view.
Review the mapping. If columns don't match, tell the assistant: "Map the 'Type' column to category."
The table updates. Talk back and forth until the mapping is correct.
Confirm the import.
Tips
The importer agent flags rows with missing or mismatched data so you can fix them before committing.
You can import data from any page β you don't need to navigate to a specific settings page first.
For large imports, the assistant processes in the background and notifies you when complete.
