Create physical events, manage requester groups and requesters, and create event invoices.

Create an event

  1. Open the AI Assistant.

  2. Describe the event β€” name, date, venue, headcount, setup requirements.

Update an event

  • "Update the annual meeting headcount from 200 to 300."

  • "Change the setup time to 7 AM."

Create/update requester groups and requesters

  • "Create a new requester group called Student Organizations, category Academic."

  • "Add Jane Doe as an event requester under the Marketing department group."

Create/update event invoices

  • "Create an invoice for the annual meeting β€” AV rental $500, catering $2,000, cleanup $300."

What you can say

  • "Create an event β€” Annual Sales Conference, April 15-17, Grand Ballroom, 300 attendees."

  • "Add a line item to the conference invoice for $800 signage."
