With FlowPath work orders, you can set four levels of priority that will change the work order color and escalate a work order after a certain period of time so they don't slip through the cracks. Here are the priority levels:

No Priority - this does not change anything about the work order

Low Priority - This will change the work order color to dark blue and after being submitted by a non-admin, if it is not opened within 2 weeks, it will be escalated to the top of the Pending column.

Medium Priority - This will change the work order color to yellow and after being submitted by a non-admin, if it is not opened within 1 week, it will be escalated to the top of the Pending column.

High Priority - This will change the work order color to red and after being submitted by a non-admin, if it is not opened within 24 hours, it will be escalated to the top of the Pending column.

The colors will change what the work order looks like on both the List view and the Calendar view.
