Help plan budgets, labor hours, and tasks needed to accomplish a project.

2. Click "Current" under the Projects module.

3. If you have a lot, be sure to click this dropdown and change page view. All your current project will be visible here.

Sorting and Quick Edits

4. Click the "Filter column" field on any of the columns to filter quickly.

5. You can filter the table view by projects per sites.

6. As well as filter by locations.

7. You can update the progress and budget or cost on the main table view quickly by double clicking on what you need to update.

8. Enter your update in either project progress, budget or cost and then right click.

9. You will get this pop up to let you know it has been updated.

Project View

10. Click into any project you want to view and edit.

11. You will see quick glance of the project details at the top on completion percentage, dates, budget and total cost.

12. To add any document relevant to the project you can click the "Files" tab.

13. You will see any files already attached if any, and then to add any click "Add New Attachment"

14. To view or edit the project, click the "Settings" tab.

15. In this tab, you can make any changes needed to the projects name, dates, completion percentage, budgets and cost, the site and or location and even description and then click "Update Project"

Filtering Within a Project

16. To expand columns, click on the right side and drag.

17. You can filter phases and tasks by using the below selections by budget, costs and dates.

18. Filter your project view by minutes to years. Default will be weeks.

19. Click this button to collapse all phases and tasks in the view.

20. Click this button to expand all phases and tasks in the view.

21. Click here to zoom in.

22. Click here to zoom out.

23. Click here to hide task dependencies. A dependency in project management refers to a series of tasks that are interrelated.

24. Click again to show all dependencies.

25. Click here to export your project to download as a PDF to share.
