Request a Work Order on FlowPath via External Form

Using FlowPath external form to request a work order. Forms are customizable to get info facility teams need in order to complete requests.

1. Navigate to your work order request form URL provided by your FlowPath admin team.

2. Enter your name. Phone number if required by your FlowPath admin.

3. Enter Your Email.

4. Select the location of your work order through a provided drop down list. You can also type to quick search. Forms are set by a site - location smart search, meaning type your school or building first to narrow down the selections provided.

5. Pending on how your request form was created, you could have two drop downs to select your site and location. Be sure to select your site first, as it will filter out the visible locations to select based on the site selected.

6. Select the category of your work order from the dropdown list. Work orders can be more than one category and the categories offered are determined by your FlowPath admins.

7. Enter in a required description of your work order being sure to make it as detailed as possible to ensure your maintenance and facilities team understand the need.

8. You can upload pictures or other files if necessary.

9. Click here to toggle on the robot check before submission.

10. Click "Submit Work Order"

11. Once you submit your work order you will be see this page and click "Reload the page to submit new work order" if you need to submit another work order.

12. You will get an email from notifications@getflowpath.com which you can use to see current status of your work order as well as view the work order by clicking the link. When the status of your work order is updated, or new comments are made, you will receive email notifications.

13. When you click the link, you will be taken to the public page of the work order where you can share to others via email and see details of the work order.

14. You will be able to submit comments in the work order and communicate with the maintenance and facilities team until work order completion.
