If you need to remove access to FlowPath from a user, you can do so by archiving them.
To archive a user open your settings drawer in the bottom left hand corner and open Global Settings. In settings select the Users tab at the top of the page.
Select the user profile that you would like to archive by clicking the User's name. This will open up the user profile. At the bottom of the user profile click the 'Archive User' button.
The user status will change to archived and remove account access for that user. You can unarchive them if needed by clicking into the user and selecting "Unarchive User".
User status is visible in the table. To view only archived users or active users use the filter toggle within the table.
