FlowPath has the ability to rename 'Accounts' across your entire instance.
This functionality can be found by opening the settings drawer in the bottom left hand of the screen and opening 'Global Settings'. From there navigate to 'Accounts' in the top bar and click "+ Add alias".
Global Settings > Accounts > Account alias > +Add alias
