Creating Custom Billing Items in FlowPath

  1. Accessing Global Settings

    • Log in as an admin on FlowPath.

    • Navigate to global settings.

    • Click on the events tab.

  2. Selecting the Calendar

    • Choose the specific calendar where you want to add custom billing items.

  3. Adding Custom Billing Fees

    • Locate the billing fees section within the calendar.

    • Click on the create button to add a new billing fee or edit existing ones.

  4. Creating a New Billing Fee

    • Enter a description for the fee (e.g., parking lots).

    • Choose the line item group (labor, materials, rental hours).

    • Specify if it's a flat rate or hourly.

    • Determine if it's per event or per location.

    • Set the price and specify if it's hourly or daily.

    • Define the minimum hours (if applicable).

    • Click create to save the new billing fee.

  5. Managing Billing Fees

    • Review and edit existing billing fees.

    • Search for specific fees using filters.

    • Sort and filter billing fees based on different criteria.

    • Delete billing fees if needed.

  6. Additional Tips

    • Reach out to the Customer Success team for any questions regarding billing fees or invoices for events.
